Delivery to mainland UK is free for orders over £150.

Orders under this value have a standard delivery charge of £9.95.

Scottish Highlands & Islands: we are currently unable to automatically adjust shipping prices in the basket. However, as most will be aware, the shipping costs to the Highlands and Islands is substantially higher than the rest of the UK. As a result, as per our terms of service, post-purchase, we will require an additional shipping fee, listed below (a secure payment link will be sent after you make your purchase):

• Rugs with a width up to 229cm - £10*

• Rugs with a width over 229cm - £30

*Particularly heavy rugs such as Montana and Plush will be subject to an additional £10 on top of these prices for highlands and islands due to their excessive weight and thickness. Contact us should you have any questions prior to purchase.

International customers: should contact us prior to order, as shipping options will need to be discussed and can vary greatly from rug to rug. Please note when browsing outside the UK, VAT is removed, so if purchasing internationally, you will be required to pay customs fees on/before delivery; these are in addition to any international delivery costs.

We are a small family business, but we do have a large retail showroom and distribution warehouse with over 1000 products in stock at any one time. Our collection of rugs on display is one of the largest physical collections in the UK.

We have stock currently stored in our own warehouse and dedicated space within our suppliers' premises. Delivery times can vary as products sometimes need to be moved between warehouses. Typical despatch times are shown under each size.

Once booked for delivery, your rug will generally arrive the next working day. We will send you details and tracking codes as soon as they are available. Larger sizes, Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands delivery times may take longer.

During the busiest buying periods like Christmas, it can take 7 working days for orders to reach customers. We currently stock around 30% of our offering at our own dedicated warehouse, which is all next working day delivery.

If for any reason you feel your rug is not suitable you can return it to us for a full refund of your original purchase price.  We simply ask that you return it to us securely packaged in unused condition, within 28 days of receiving your order. 

Please let us know that you intend to send your order back to us by emailing info@love-rugs.com or completing our returns form within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide you with instructions and any details needed for your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Variations in colour due to screen settings and individual expectations regarding texture or weight are not considered faults. If you find that the rug doesn’t meet your preferences, we are happy to accept it back as a return, following the guidelines above.

All returns must be notified in writing (email) or using the form provided.

You may cancel your order at any time before despatch (with the exception of custom made items which are non-refundable).

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days or return or 48 hours of cancellation. However banks may take longer for funds to show in your account.

If you purchase a rug from us that is in stock and available from another supplier within 14 days of purchase, that is cheaper, we'll refund you the difference.

Spotted something cheaper before purchase, we'd be happy to beat their price by £5.
