A client contacted us in December 2013 to enquire if we could make a small custom rug for her boyfriend. The inspiration came from a design that the client and her partner both liked.
The client wanted the design adapted to remove the writing, match more closely to the colour scheme of their interior and place it on a cream or beige background rather than blue.
Colours were selection from our colour box and the design agreed on before production began:
The design was particularly challenging due to the design being very intricate at parts, particularly as the rug was fairly small. However our manufacturers did a great job and created an excellent copy of the design for the rug.
